For our flight from Singapore to Hanoi, we were flying with Singapore Airlines. The rules for accessing their lounges are as follows:

In Changi airport, there are 3 different lounges available:
- First Class SilverKris Lounge
- Business Class SilverKris Lounge
- KrisFlyer Gold Lounge
Because we were flying business class with Singapore Air, we had access to the Business Class SilverKris Lounge. We will also be able to use this same lounge for our Air Canada flight from Singapore to Vancouver (as we are booked in business class). My husband and I are both Star Alliance Gold members, so if we were flying premium economy or economy, we would still be able to use the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge.
Since our flights were leaving out of Terminal 2, we would be able to use the Business Class SilverKris Lounge in Terminal Two, Level 3 for both the Air Canada and Singapore Air flights.

After checking in, we went through the immigration e-gates and turned left. There was an escalator up to the 3rd floor, and the lounge was a short walk away.
Upon entering the lounge, our boarding passes were scanned and we were directed to the left (to the right was for first-class passengers or top-tier SilverKris members).

Upon entering the lounge, there was a large seating area to the right. Even though it was a Tuesday morning, it was quite crowded in the lounge.

To the left was a kitchen/eating area.

There were fridges with various juices and soft drinks.

Next to the drinks were some alcoholic beverages. To the left of this was an instant coffee beverage machine (which usually had a line-up for it).

There was also a freezer with gelato in it.

Further into the kitchen area, there were a number of stations with hot and cold food items.

Past the end of the kitchen were the bathrooms. There were some shower rooms available as well. The bathroom also had some amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste – but were otherwise pretty basic.
Overall, it was a decent lounge, but it didn’t feel like a luxury lounge. The seating area was just one big area with rows of chairs without any sort of private or secluded areas like some lounges. The SilverKris Lounge in Terminal 3 of the airport had a barista/bartender, but this one did not (just an automated machine). The second time we came through this lounge for our Air Canada flight, it wasn’t as busy, so it didn’t seem as hectic and busy as the first time. But it is a place to grab some food and drinks while in the airport.
